STS will be playing small-sided lacrosse, enhancing the player's IQ, skills, and fundamentals. Small-Sided (4v4) Lacrosse utilizes 4 players on the field so there is more interaction with the ball, leading to more catches, goals, and assists! New players develop 4x as quickly in 4v4 than in the traditional game.
